Parish Read

For Lent our Parish Read is Thomas Merton's  The Ascent to Truth, a theological, scholarly study of Christian mysticism and contemplation, centered on the teachings of St. John of the Cross. Merton argues that contemplative, loving knowledge of God is necessary for spiritual survival in a modern, fragmented world. Please purchase your book ahead of time.
