Known for their full (and unusual!) instrumentation, sibling vocal harmonies, provocative programming and effervescent presence The Chivalrous Crickets is a family band creating at the intersection of Celtic, American roots and early music genres. They present their "Roots and Branches" program of historical and original music influenced by Celtic flavors, as well as songs and tunes directly from the isles. From the Scottish highlands to the porches of Appalachia to the streets of 18th-century Paris to ship decks off Botany Bay to the rooftops of NYC, enjoy a "Folk/Baroque" tour of the Celtic Nations in this joyful, toe-tapping program.
