PS 15 Direct Support & Back to School Supplies & Christmas Gifts

Since March 2020, Holy Apostles has supported the children, family and staff at PS 15 in Red Hook in a variety of ways. We have offered direct support by paying rent, bills, providing clothing, groceries, cell phones and grocery gift cards. We have moved 2 families from a shelter to permanent housing, furnishing the apartments. Every Thanksgiving we provide 10 fully cooked Thanksgiving meals. Every fall we provide back to school supplies for 150 students, every Christmas we give gifts to over 150 children and their families. We have also provided microgrants to teachers for classroom supplies & self care.
